Become a member with Shopmobility

Customers who shop regularly might like to register with us. This allows you the added facility of being able to book wheelchairs in advance and reserve a car parking space if you are hiring mobility equipment.

Would you like to volunteer?

If you can see the value in the service that Shopmobility provides, perhaps you can help? As there is no charge made for the service, we are always looking for volunteers to assist in its running. This may involve helping customers to and from their car, assisting with equipment hire or escorting customers throughout their shopping trip. It's a rewarding experience, so if you would like to know more, or if you know someone else who might be interested in becoming a volunteer, please phone Shopmobility on 01895 271510 or feel free to pop in and see the facilities.

*Please note that two forms of identification are required when registering for membership and when hiring powered equipment for a one off visit. Customers will also be asked to complete a disclaimer form when hiring powered equipment. The two forms of identification must include the person's name and current address. Examples of the forms of identification accepted include passport, driving license or utility bill.
