Our friendly, helpful staff offer a first class service and handle lost and found property, including wandering children! And if you're looking for that elusive gift - this is where you can buy our great Chimes Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards.

With so much to see and do at The Chimes it's good to be organised. That's why we've introduced interactive-information pods at key points around the Centre. You can use them to search for any store or facility in the Centre. Alternatively, our information desk is situated on the upper mall by Republic, where one of our customer service staff will be able to assist you.

Accessibility

Shopmobility is located on the cinema level of The Chimes (level 2). If you need assistance, just ask – a member of staff will always be on hand to help. But before you visit, it is essential that you call 01895 271510 or fax on 01895 271117 to ensure a vehicle is available for you.

Disabled car parking bays are located on each level, with Shopmobility on level 2. If you are a registered disabled driver, parking is free. Your entry ticket can be exchanged at either Shopmobility or at the Customer Information Desk on production of your blue badge.
