Car Parking
All our car park have been given secure car parks awards. We also have mobile car park assistants who are on hand in case you need them, and help points located throughout.
Disabled parking
We have spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers across all our car parks.
Parent and child
We want to do everything we can to help make your visit an enjoyable one. That's why we have dedicated parent and child parking bays on level 2 car park.

Shopmobility is located on the cinema level of The Chimes (level 2). If you need assistance, just ask – a member of staff will always be on hand to help. But before you visit, it is essential that you call 01895 271510 or fax on 01895 271117 to ensure a vehicle is available for you.
Disabled car parking bays are located on each level, with Shopmobility on level 2. If you are a registered disabled driver, parking is free. Your entry ticket can be exchanged at either Shopmobility or at the Customer Information Desk on production of your blue badge.
