We’re here to help
The Customer Information team are on hand to help make your visit to The Chimes as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Should you require any information about the Centre or the surrounding area, the Customer Information Desk can be found on the upper mall by Republic.

Photocopying, faxing and laminating facilities are all available from the Customer Information Desk, charges are as follows:
- Photocopying A4 10p (single sided)
- Photocopying A4 15p (double sided)
- Photocopying A3 20p (single sided)
- Faxing £1 for the first page, 50p each subsequent page (we are unable to provide International faxing
- Laminating A4 £1 per page
- Laminating A3 £2 per page
- Wheelchair hire - It is possible to hire a wheelchair from the Customer Information Desk, a refundable £20.00 deposit is required.
- Disabled parking tickets - Registered disabled drivers may exchange their car parking tickets at the Customer Information Desk to obtain free parking. Documentation is required.
- Lost Property - If you have lost an item of property in The Chimes, visit the Customer Information desk to register the details.
- Meeting point - In the case of lost children, please report to a member of the Customer Information Team. Please note we are unable to make PA announcements for children over the age of 12.
- Gift Cards - The Chimes Gift Cards may be purchased from the Customer Information Desk. Please see Gift Card section of this website for more information

The Chimes is located in the heart of Uxbridge town centre and so is easy to get to however you intend to travel.
