The Customer Information team are on hand to help make your visit to The Chimes as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Should you require any information about the Centre or the surrounding area, the Customer Information Desk can be found on the upper mall by Republic.

Shopmobility is located on the cinema level of The Chimes (level 2). If you need assistance, just ask – a member of staff will always be on hand to help. But before you visit, it is essential that you call 01895 271510 or fax on 01895 271117 to ensure a vehicle is available for you.

Disabled car parking bays are located on each level, with Shopmobility on level 2. If you are a registered disabled driver, parking is free. Your entry ticket can be exchanged at either Shopmobility or at the Customer Information Desk on production of your blue badge.
