Gordon the Globe is back at The Chimes this year but this time he’s here to explore Britain!

Gordon will teach children all about the British culture from sports to the Royal family. Each fun filled workshop is FREE and themed around a different British custom.

Children can participate in arts and crafts from 11am and enjoy FREE shows at 12, 2pm and 4pm on the day.

Saturday 7 April - British Sport

Use scratch art to create your own sports fridge magnets! Plus design your own sports kit!

Saturday 12 May - Royal Family

Feel like a Royal and make your own crown and design a prince or princess outfit.

Saturday 9 June - Diamond Jubilee

Take part in our very own tea party and decorate your own union jack cupcake! Plus make a union Jack paper chain and bunting!

Saturday 7 July- British Cities

Create a cityscape picture and create your own city landmarks!

Saturday 4 August - Multiculturalism

Decorate a large paper person and colour in different country flags!

Saturday 1 September - West end theatre

Create a cone pop up puppet and design a puppet theatre.

Saturday 6 October - British History

Make a jointed knight and design your own
